The eight week program starts with analysis. Who are your customers? What products do you sell and what is selling the best? Where do your customers go to buy and research products? When is the best time to contact them and discuss your product? Why would they buy your product or service to begin with? And, how do you interact and sell to them? All this information leads us into the development of your sales strategies and your marketing plan.

Then we move into plan creation. This is where we spend the bulk of our 8 weeks. Every business is different and provides different opportunities. Sometimes we update marketing materials and promotions. Sometimes we put a concrete sales strategy in place. Most importantly though, we look at your business and un-earth those opportunities. Lastly, we put the program into action. Assign tasks to employees, implement time lines and start getting out there. We’ll look at different forms of networking and work on the basic skills of selling. Everyone on your team is a sales person and we will help you and your team to embrace that through a series of meetings, trainings and one on one meetings.

From there we measure our results, and look for opportunities to course correct and fine tune the plan. All the while working with you to maintain a solid and sound set of steps for the targeted growth of your business.
